City of Oakland issues notices to delinquent non-residential business tax accounts

On September 10, 2025, the Revenue Management Bureau sent Notices of Determination to non-residential business tax accounts that are delinquent. These notices were issued to businesses that failed to renew their business tax obligations for the years 2022 through 2025. The payment deadline is set for September 30, 2025.

Businesses receiving these notices are advised to file and pay by the due date. For questions about the notice, recipients can contact the Revenue Management Bureau at (510) 238-3704 or email BtWebSupport@Oaklandca.gov.
