Disney Experiences has announced changes in its leadership team. Josh D’Amaro, Chairman of Disney Experiences, revealed that Michael Moriarty will take on the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Disney Experiences. Moriarty will succeed Kevin Lansberry, who is set to retire in February 2026 after a 39-year tenure with the company.

Lansberry’s career at Disney included positions across Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts, covering Finance, Business Development, Alliances, and Operations. He also served as interim CFO for The Walt Disney Company in 2023.

Moriarty has nearly twenty years of experience with Disney. His previous roles include CFO at Walt Disney Imagineering and Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, as well as finance leadership positions at Walt Disney World Resort. Most recently, he was President and Managing Director of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. During his leadership there, the resort expanded with the opening of World of Frozen and launched its 20th anniversary celebration.
