The registration deadline for the 2025 IAM Retirees Conference has been extended to September 15, 2025. The event will be held from October 20 to 22 at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront in Cocoa Beach, Florida.

This year’s conference is themed “Leaders and Legends,” focusing on recognizing the work of retirees and encouraging continued involvement in union activities. According to organizers, “This gathering is more than just a conference; it is also a celebration of solidarity and strength. Retirees and future retirees from across North America will come together to build community, share experiences, and strategize on how to elevate retiree engagement within our union.”

Attendees can expect guest speakers, breakout sessions, and opportunities to network with other members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM). A tour of NASA’s Kennedy Space Center is scheduled for October 22 as part of the event.

The deadline extension applies both to conference registration and hotel accommodations. Organizers encourage early registration due to limited space.

“Register today,” stated event coordinators.

“You can expect dynamic guest speakers, thought-provoking breakout sessions, and the opportunity to connect with fellow IAM members who have helped shape our proud history. As a highlight of the event, we’ll take a special tour of NASA’s Kennedy Space Center on Wednesday, Oct. 22. This will be an experience you won’t want to miss.”

Those interested in attending are advised to register before the new deadline.
