IAM retirees gathered at a recent conference to share their experiences and advice for current members. The event focused on reflections from retired members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), who have dedicated their careers to advocating for fairness, dignity, and better contracts.
At the conference, retirees discussed the lessons they learned during their time as active union members. They encouraged those still working to participate actively in union activities.
